How my attacker violated his agreements with Yahoo, Blogger and Facebook


He agreed to not use Yahoo! to:
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  • impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Yahoo! official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
  • intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law
  • "stalk" or otherwise harass another
Violated Blogger rules include:
  • Proper Use. You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the Service, for any posts you make, and for any consequences thereof. You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations
  • Impersonating others: Please don't mislead or confuse readers by pretending to be someone else or pretending to represent an organization when you don't.
  • Illegal activities: Don't use Blogger to engage in illegal activities.
  • Crude Content: Don't post content just to be shocking or graphic.
Violated Facebook rules include:
  • You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
  • You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
